HALL & VENUE RENTALS • VFW POST 3175
A place for your next gathering.
You don't need to be a VFW member to rent from Post 3175. Choose from hall, bar, pavilion and combination packages, and review pricing before requesting a date.
Maximum occupancies are not a guarantee of seating configuration. Pavilion occupancy and any combined-space/event limits must be confirmed with the Post. Availability and insurance requirements apply.

HALL RENTAL RATES
KNOW THE COST BEFORE YOU PICK THE DATE.
Post-approved pricing from the current Hall Rental Agreement. Alcohol-event totals below include the required bartender fee and assume the refundable security deposit is returned.

$200 standard. Returning renters within the previous 400 days and in good standing may qualify for a $100 deposit at the Post's discretion.
All alcohol must be purchased from and served by Post 3175. Outside alcohol is prohibited. A VFW bartender is required.
A Certificate of Insurance with at least $500,000 general liability coverage must name Greenville VFW Post 3175 as an additional insured.
VFW and American Legion members in good standing receive 15% off the rental price after proof of membership.
Rentals are offered in fixed 3-, 6-, and 8-hour blocks and normally end by 11:00 PM. Each booking includes 15 minutes before and after for limited load-in, coordination, inspection, and shutdown — not extra party or setup time.

Any member rate, community rate, deposit, capacity, alcohol rule, insurance requirement, or cancellation term must match the Post-approved rental policy before it is published.
