This page explains how ticketing, rental and contribution transactions are intended to work for Greenville Memorial VFW Post 3175. The controlling terms are the terms shown at the actual checkout and, for rentals, the Post-approved written agreement. No transaction is complete merely because a date or event appears on the website.
Event tickets and advance pricing
Advance and door prices may differ. Advance prices apply only while the authorized advance-sale window is open and tickets remain available. Some shows use an independent promoter as the seller; any applicable service fees, refund policy and checkout obligations are disclosed by that seller. A reservation or purchase is subject to stated capacity, event conditions and lawful safety requirements.
Refunds, cancellation and postponement
Before paying, review the event-specific policy presented in the checkout. If a Post-operated event is cancelled or materially rescheduled, the Post will explain available remedies, taking into account applicable law and the payment/organizer terms. Do not assume every ticket is refundable or nonrefundable: the approved policy for that event governs. For externally sold tickets, contact the named seller about available remedies.
Hall rental payments and deposits
A hall rental is not confirmed until the Post accepts it under its written agreement and required payment conditions are met. Amounts due, refundable security deposit rules, damage charges, rescheduling, cancellations, and any insurance or alcohol-service requirements are set out in that agreement. Payment links will be provided only through authorized Post-owned payment services.
Donations and membership fees
Donations, event purchases, rental charges and future membership dues are separate transaction categories. A contribution is not payment for services unless expressly described otherwise. Recurring membership dues are not active through this site yet. If enabled, the amount, renewal date, cancellation method and consent to recurring charges will be disclosed before checkout. Do not assume a donation is tax-deductible without reviewing the Post's official tax documentation.
Billing questions
If you believe a transaction is incorrect, contact the Post promptly using the contact page and provide the event or payment reference, but never email complete payment card details.
